As an added benefit to our customers, who purchase our products, we include an in-store service department to assist in repairing our products against manufacturer's workmanship. We exclusively only service what we sell. We currently will not accept outside products to repair.

As a benefit to our customers who purchase from Micropac,Inc., our SERVICE DEPARTMENT will only service our products that are purchased from us, as we have access to schematics and materials needed to service these.
If your unit is under warranty, there will not be a diagnostics fee.
If your warranty has expired, the non-refundable diagnostics fee required when turned in will be from $40.00 to $80.00 depending on product.
Due to shortage of chips and materials, parts may take a much longer period to receive for service of product.

Please note: products turned in for DIAGNOSTICS will be on a FIRST IN/ FIRST OUT BASIS, which means items that were turned in before your unit will be DIAGNOSED FIRST.
You must produce proper information as we prepare a work order ticket to be given to you when you turn in your unit for service. Pending availability, your unit will not be expedited.

Bose Limited Warranty
Bose Corporation (“Bose”) warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship
when purchased directly from Bose or a Bose authorized reseller. This warranty is extended
only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift and shall not
be extended to any other person or transferee. The warranty is valid from the date of retail
purchase for a period of 1 year and a period of 5 years for passive, non-powered loudspeakers.
In the case of a covered warranty defect, Bose will at its option: (A) repair the product using
new or refurbished parts; (B) replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished
product; or (C) provide a partial or full refund of the original purchase price to you in exchange
for return of the product.
This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance,
normal wear and tear, commercial use, accident or external causes. Unauthorized repair,
modification or customization of your product voids this warranty.
For warranty service on covered defects during the warranty period, contact Bose using the
contact information at worldwide.bose.com/contact for your country/region. Prior to providing
warranty service, Bose may require you to provide proof of purchase details, including but not
limited to a receipt or sales invoice.
This limited warranty gives you specific rights that are in addition to other rights you may have
under applicable laws, including your rights against the person who sold the Bose product to
you. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOWEVER, THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND
EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY BOSE. BOSE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT), AND BOSE’S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE
PRICE.

Terms & Conditions (SAVE YOUR RECEIPT. A fee of $5.00 will be charged for every copy made.)
1. All sales are final after 7-days of purchase or once opened. Return/ Exchange to equal or more value will be allowed only for unopened items within 7-days. All returns should be accompanied by a proof of purchase and is subject to a Minimum 10% restocking charge. Return is not acceptable if returned item is damaged through misuse, is missing parts, incomplete packaging, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering-return is not acceptable. Return or exchange of computer hardware, tablets, and ipods is not possible due to various manufacturers return restrictions. Consequently, Micropac reserves the right to decline specific return requests based on those restrictions. All sales shall be considered firm sales. No cash refund or credit card chargebacks, only store credit will be issued.
2. Layaway term good for up to 90-days only. 1/3 down payment required. No cancellations allowed upon starting a layaway.
3. Charge Accounts: Net 30-Days. Subject to approval and must accompany an official purchase order. Any unpaid accounts will be charged 2% interest per month on the balance due.
4. In the event of non-payment on due date. The seller has the option to repossess the goods. If the delinquent account is placed in the hands of collection agencies or attorneys for collection or suit, buyer agrees to pay in addition of the amount of the account and interest, a collector's or attorney's fee equal to 33-1/3% of said delinquent account.

Micropac,Inc. GUARANTEES the product to be free from manufacturer's defect at time of purchase as follows:

B. Computer Laptop or Desktop , Large Home Appliance (ie. Refrigerators, Stoves, Washers, Dryers, etc...........1-Year Parts/ 90-Days Labor
C. Musical Instruments (Musical Keyboards), Commercial Use Equipment(TOA/Mackie/Shure products, PA Systems, DIY CCTV Kits), Magic Microphone Karaoke,........6-Months Parts/ 90-Days Labor
D. Yamaha Products (Receivers, Soundbars, and Speakers), Sony Products (Receivers, Speakers, Cameras, Camcorders, and Televisions) Digital Still Camera, Computer Tablets and Peripherals (Mouse, Printer, Keyboard, Monitor, etc), Camcorders, Rice Cooker, Vacuum Cleaner, ......90-Days Parts/ Labor
E. Microphone Cable, Electrical Tool, Battery-Operated Appliance, Electric Shavers, Cabinet, Watch/Clock, Telephone, Still Camera, Portable Audio, Calculator, Video Game, Gopro Accessories, Health Appliances (Hair Dryer, Blood Pressure Monitor, Electric Shaver, etc.) Small Appliances (ie. Skillets, Pressure Cooker, Iron, Hot Pot, etc.) and Accessories/ others.....30-Days Parts/ Labor
F. Bose Systems and Speakers ..........Factory Warranty
EXCLUSIONS TO THE WARRANTY (Customer Equipment must be returned to
Micropac, Inc. with valid receipt to validate warranty service.)
1. Cables, Case/ Cabinet Surface, Glass, Handles, Knobs, Power Cords, Rubber Balls, Batteries, Stylus, Wires, and other such auxiliary items that are improper connection.
2. Malfunction caused by abuse, accidents, attempted repair, failure to follow operational instructions, modifications, negligence, improper connection.
3. Damage resulting from power outages, line voltage fluctuation, or natural causes.
4. Warranty does not provide for on-site repairs, house calls, deliveries, or pick-ups.
